Nvidia puts more computing power behind Einride
Nvidia is supporting Einride's autonomous electric truck scaling as autonomous freight begins forming a broader operating ecosystem.
Nvidia has partnered with autonomous electric truck company Einride to support the scaling of its autonomous vehicle operations.
The partnership will use Nvidia technology including its Hyperion autonomous driving platform.
Einride already operates electric commercial vehicles for major customers across Europe, the United States and the Middle East.
The company expects demand to grow significantly through 2028, with a large proportion potentially suitable for autonomous operation.
This follows the development we covered in Issue 3, where Einride and Lidl began operating a cabless autonomous truck on a public road in Germany.
